This month has been a crazy month, full of distractions and beautiful weather. Despite all of that, I ended up reading a lot of really excellent YA reads, most of which have been on my To Read list for quite some time!
While not every book I read this month was historic fiction, it sure felt like that was what I was drawn to! I ended up picking up four different novels that had historical fiction elements, and there were all AMAZING.

I get a mild feeling of panic every time someone asks me to recommend books to them. I want to just direct them here, to the safe space where all of my thoughts and feelings are already laid out, where they can read my thoughts on the books before they pick them up.
